The problem

HOPR’s primary focus was to increase its product subscribers, as monthly recurring revenue was crucial to its growth strategy and expansion plans. However, upon reviewing their customer journey, they found that only a small portion of one-time purchase (OTP) customers had become subscribers, representing both a challenge and an opportunity.

If HOPR could convert even a small percentage of these OTP customers into subscribers, it would open up a new stream of recurring revenue while reducing the high costs associated with acquiring a subscriber on the first purchase.
